Entire range of products sold by ShopByChoice comes under a guarantee of 30-Days replacement. Customers are requested to tell us for any issues, damages related to the product delivered within 30 days of the date of delivery, and you will get a new product without any additional cost.

Outlined Delivery Time

The outlined delivery time is mentioned on every shopping page. You must go through the delivery instructions before ordering any item, as the outlined delivery time may vary from product to product. Below mentioned are the guidelines outlined.

Accounted Delivery Time as 3 Days

The delivery time period for 'In Stock' items will be delivered in 3 business days for the areas (Delhi, New Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Gurgaon), will be delivered by our own delivery boys. Our business days excludes Sundays and other public holidays.

Criteria for More Than 3 Days Delivery Time

In some products delivery, we have to import the product from outside India. These products are tagged as 'imported' and mentioned on the product detail page. Such imported products may take 10 or more days to reach the referred location. But we assure you, that your desired ordered will be delivered in the time outlined.

Criteria for Pre-Orders

These items are booked before the launch/release of the product, in such criteria products delivery will be dispatched and shipped to you on the same official launching/releasing day. Pre-booked orders vary from product to product. If released date or time is known then the order is marked like e.g. 5 January, releasing day is 1 February. Now product will be consider and dispatched for 1 February.

Criteria For Out Of Stock Products

This states that currently we don't have these products available with us for sale. You can simply use the "Notify Me" feature mentioned on the page and we will let you know once the desired product is available with us for sale at shopbychoice.com.

Product Permanently Discontinued

This implies that the particular product is no longer available in the shopping cart on shopbychoice.com as it the production is halted or has been discontinued may be due to product obsolete or any other reason. For every order, you will receive a confirmation email comprising the details of that particular product(s).
